Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days following confirmation of payment. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods

We ship via Australia Post and offer the following options at checkout:

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.

Delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All applicable charges will be displayed prior to payment confirmation.

Authority to Leave

Orders are shipped without signature on delivery. By placing an order, you authorise Australia Post to leave the parcel in a safe location if deemed appropriate.

Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. We are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the parcel.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with Australia Post. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available.
